btw.., Zone Alarm is a great fire wall that take care of all those pop-up windows, the only problem is to setup correctly or you wont be able to see any JAVA or image from any site.

Me too Alex ...can't stand them.
The only one I do like, is the one on my bank's website which lets me access my account.

Me too Alex. I am glad I rarely see any though thanks to using FireFox and having ZoneAlarm as well as a few other pop up preventers!

Do pop-ups even exist anymore?
Not sure what the discussion is all about?
I'm using IE6 SP2 and it comes with a pop-up blocker, didn't xpsp2 turn on the pop-up blocker by default?
Plus if you've installed one of the many toolbars out there (msn, yahoo, google, live, etc.) they all come with pop-up blockers and they're all turned on by default.
If you want to see a pop-up nowadays you have to turn off your pop-up blocker.
I've pretty much forgotten what pop-up's look like!

Using AdAware/AdWatch and it always asks me if I want to see popups or not. I set it that way so I can view sites and their components I want, like banks, etc. Sometimes I have to rightclick the taskbar icon to make it "inactive" to download or view movie clips on, say, game sites. So far, good program for 4 years now.
