Auto Focus: type of Hot Key Fixes

hey guys, sorry this is kinda brief but might as well put it out there. i was wondering if sins will have a hot key fixed to auto focus the whole galaxy map that is being played. so instead of having a fast wheel zoom out you can have an alternate key ie., X, space, keys.

besides the auto focus, will each planet be given a numerical key to press to auto look? i think this might be featured on the left hand collapse windows but not really sure.

Yes. Z,X,and C (defaults) correspond to tactical, planetary and solar system zoom levels. I rarely use the mouse wheel anymore other than for fine corrections.

"awsome ness" not refering to "lockness" wich is also rare but this is going to be trully unique. note that i'm always prepared to see my name embeeded on one of those starfighters   . Thanks again for your quick response Blair.

For those that prefer to use the UI you can also click the zoom toggle - just to the left of the diplomacy button on the top, near the center. Depending on your current zoom level, it will take you in or out.

You can probably bind a planet as a command group if you want. Select planet, press ctrl-5. Now tap 5 twice and it switches view to that planet. Or select it from the empire tree and hit space. (Hopefully I remember this stuff right, only got the game recently and I can't test them in the game right now.)
