1. building: The effects of a building/jump inhib or what ever should not be available without the building being complete. Example; i was being attacked by a large fleet that went after my jump inhib and before it was blown to bits I started building another one and it immediately prevented the enemy from jumping. I won the battle because that bought enough time for my strike force to get back home. [end example]
Perhaps instead of the effects being 100% available you could have an expanding area based on the percentage of completion?
2. Fighters/bombers: If the hangers or ships are destroyed your fighters/bombers get destroyed too. Could we not have them assigned to ships/hangers with space available? or atleast wait till after the battle with the option of scuttling or keeping in the area for patrols?
