Quotes are wonderful things. It always amazes me how a few little words (besides I love you) can effect someone so much. For instance one of my favroites is " It is not where you end up in life but how you get there." I always taken that to mean that we can't control what life throws at us but we can control how we react to it. Quotes can envoke thought as the one I just used or emtion like " Lets roll." Who after 9\11 was not effected after hearing that? I sure was and still am effected by it. Quotes can also envoke memories such as " Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country." or even " Hail to the king." (This quote is from Army of Darkness of which I am a big fan.)
