game freezing

i have played two games since the new download one before the patch for the trade ships and one after both have frozen on me

the first one i wasn't in a battle the secound one i was

on the secound one i was asked if i wanted to send the game info to you and i said yes

do not know if i needed to do more or if you got it

had the same problem in windows xp

then you have to send them in manualy

they are called something like Sins of a Solar Empire.exe[v2][05.15][18.04].dmp

if your using vista, they can be found here:
C:\Users\Multianna\AppData\Roaming\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\MiniDump\

If your using xp, i cant help you with the location of the file, as vista puts them in another place

its not a program, its a file called something like above .dmp

then you have to sent it to minidump@ironcladgames.com
and tell them about your problem

Can i ask what your specs are? with driver versions and all?

i looked in the folder for sins and couldn't find the file unless it is hidden someplace

That folder location may be hidden. If so, you'll have to tell Windows to show hidden files/folders.

if you didnt see your mailbox popup, then nope.

Thought it did too, but as i got firewall and some network monitors, so i can see whats going in and out. By that i could see it didnt send anything.

ok i just did a complete search of my hard drives including hiden and found nothing
