Its probably been discussed and I just havent already crossed paths with it or recognised it, but, it would be nice if pirates could actualy seed their own home system, maybe not from the start of a round, but in latter assaults made by them enmass.
Im not going to try and invent a rules set or anything, and I know that most of the argument coming my way is the imballance it mite create with hoards of routine interval
pirate spawns coupled with a home system?..but if they could embed themselves into a system wherever they are coming from, it probably stands to reason that they could cease star spawns with this as a togleable option if they manage to capture an actual planet or "pimperoid" as opposed to a suckroid system, and call their reinforcements into that system and participate much like any other NPC faction.
Ah, and; in my last foray into the woods to play Sins all day for a week Ive noticed a few matches with deadroids in dead-end systems. If I understand correctly , a deadroid system is meant as a purely defensive position that dosnt generaly contribute much if anything to the economic infrastructure...er, rather, atleast not actively, and that its typicaly used as a pivot point to fight over so as to get embeded with that particular type of system at a distance that isnt a terrible loss economicaly to lose? but you bet your butt you lost your beach-head type deal. Anywho, those spawning in the star-lanes , while is pretty rare, it does happen.
Not sure if I have any of those saved however.
