Beta4 : minor view bug

About 90mins into a 1 vs 1 SP game TEC vs. Vasari I got the following error:

Failed to find StringID: 'IDS_PLANETDETAILSINFOCARD_ALLEGIANCEDETAILS_DELTAFROMCULTURE'. NOTE: Any following StringID failures will be supressed.

So I pressed Skip to continue, but my view keep flying to the right hand side of the screen even if I try to CTRL + LeftClick on a unit keep focus centered it doesnt work.

By AlT+Tab to and from Windows it seemed to fix the focus problem.

When that happened, I just clicked "break" and I didn't have any other problem.
