huh? Help please!

Okay, so I try to install SINS from stardock central, I have 2 gbs space on C and 15gbs space on D drive, so I tell it to install on D. Right after that it tells me there isn't enough space on c drive to install it, I thought it was a bug or something so I said proceed anyway. (stupid huh?) So it goes through and it goes to no space on C drive. Now I can't find where it installed whatever it installed on C drive, the game isn't on there, and I have 90 megabytes on C drive. I ran disk cleanup and restarted my computer several times, but it didn't do anything. Please help!
