I've run into what I believe to be a bug in the research aspect of the game.

Specifically I have a saved game where a research project is stuck at 44% and no further research is happening. I've tried removing it and all other projects from the research que, but no other project I start accumulates progress.

The game also appears to be confused about how many research centers I have. The background of the research screen indicates that it thinks I have less research structures than I actually do (both empire and military), however the icons in the research screen allow me to select projects appropriate the the number of research structures I have. This began to occur earlier in the game before my research stopped progressing.

These issues all occur upon loading a the game from a save I made. I don't believe it can be uploaded to the forum, but I would be willing to e-mail to a developer if that would be useful.
