Crash at startup

I just installed the game and am trying to launch it but it keeps crashing. As soon as I start the game a black screen comes up then I hear a sound and the cursor shows up on screen but nothing happens. I alt-tab out of the black screen and there is a window that says a mini dump file was created with its location. Any help on getting the game started would be appreaciated. My system works with all the other games I play which is alot.

My system specs are:
Vista 64 bit
Athlon 64 X2 4400+ 2.21 GHZ
4GB RAM
Nvidia 8800 GTX

I've update to the latest Nvidia driver today.

BTW, What am I supposed to do with the mini dump files?

A little more info. I enabled debug logging in the settings file and there are a bunch of these lines in the file:

[23:29: 8] Text FileArchive missing Label.

File: .\GameInfo\AbilityDetectPhaseJumpModule.entity
Label: entityType

[23:29: 8] Failed to convert '' to an enum value.

Hmmm, that looks like you have a corrupt installation. The game has found data files it can't read. Where you in the beta by any chance? The safest thing would be to completely uninstall and install again from scratch.

That seems to have worked...thanks.

After uninstalling and reinstalling the game started and I could see the intro movie but when that finished it simply went to a black screen and stayed there. I couldn't even get out of the game (alt-tab, ctrl-alt-delete) so I had to reboot. I started the game again and escaped out of the movie and it went to the main screen so it looks like it is working.
