Hello everyone,

I am a new player having only recently seen and purchased this game and I must say... whew, very addictive! I found myself looking up at the clock yesterday to find that 3 hours had gone by in what seemed like 20 minutes. That is something I have not experienced in quite awhile.

In the game I am playing (my second), something strange happened and I wondered if anyone else had this happen to them: I had built a planetary shield and jump inhibitor at the outermost planet of my sector and noticed that after everything was built up those two structures were not completed, actually they were not even started... they were still transparent. I only found this because I had zoomed in to take a closer look at things. I am not sure if it was something I did, or didn't do or if they are actually operational. They are however shown as 0% completed when I put my cursor over them. Any help is appreciated.
