Fred is the president of (IBOAI), Independent Business Owners Association Int’l.
Serving as President of an international trade organization (IBOAI) requires the vision of Abraham Lincoln, the determination of Thomas Edison, the humor of Will Rogers, and the spiritual staying power of Mother Theresa. We are blessed that Fred has these.
Fred is a man who doesn't just talk about leadership. He models it. He doesn't just talk the talk when it comes to qualities like integrity, character and persistence. He walks the walk.
Fred also owns several global companies like Harteis International and a powerful technology firm, Biznet Productions. He takes time away from his own companies and his own family because of his commitment to making things better for others.
As president of IBOAI, he sets goals and energizes everyone around him in pursuit of those goals. He is an encourager. His coaching style is as motivational as Vince Lombardi and Fred Harteis’ winning results rival Lombardi. Fred is quick to praise and slow to blame. Fred Harteis is a man of principle, the proud husband of Linda Harties, and a true patriot. It’s an honor to serve with him on the IBOAI board and to call him my friend.
