Cd key

Hey, I bought a cd key and registered fine and can connect to Ironclad online, I then bought another serial for my friend and he cannot login with the new key because it's tied to my email address, And he cant make an account because he's email address isnt tied to the key and cannot create a new account because my email address is in use.

Is there any possible way round this as i find this daft as i paid the cash.

Yes, please contact support@stardock.com and they'll sort you out. You would have had to have bought the 2nd serial as a Gift in our Store to make this work.

Thanks i sent the email of, Since you can only order 1 copy as the serial gets tied to the same email address they should cancel extra orders to the same email address as most people aren't aware of this.
