...sometimes it's noticable when starting a game..

Load a new map and it stops.....played 50 hours without a problem...

But now I've got a lot of time wrapped up in this game and just got the sticking problem..

Its' like I can't side scroll to the leftt or up....and it only happens in ceratin area..

I just tried a new map and the problem is gone..but reloaded my save and it's still there....

Like I said this usually happens when loading a new game....before you get the first extractor built...

Is it the edge of the map...???

I can still go to planets by clicking them and it wil focus on center...I just can't screen scroll up or left
