Nvidia Display Driver crash in Vista X64 Fix

i've looked around some saw lots of posts for x86 beta drivers that stop the dreaded black screen but i finally found some for Vista x64

SLI and DV both seem to work with these drivers unlike some of the higher revisions that i've seen around
