Hi, I have this problem that sometimes I will loose my sound,   the voices and alarm sounds  seaze to work but the music is still there playing fine.

No need to says this sucks mucho in multiplayer, not being able to hear important info. In single I just save and restart the game.

It mostly happens after somebody drops or leaves a game, dont know why, rarely it can happen when I mess a lot in the black market, i think. last 2 multiplayer games I played, this very same thing also affected at least 3 other ppl at the very same time, so its just not my system.
