Youth, the spring of human life ,the ambrosia bequeathed by god on us , he fountain of vigor and the very sign of life in human society , which is not far from being baptized as “a mechanised firm”. And how often do we tend to associate terms like truculent , contumacious , dissident and outrageous when it comes to describing the attributes of a core section of the society. But we must not forget that “ripples of society’s regulations are too weak to contain the tidal power of youth.” This parochial attitude has to give place to sophisticate thinking before it’s too late , before youth power unleashe tremendous mayhem which would create reverberations that would be felt for many ages to come.
Ever seen or heard of a vegetarian tiger? Me neither . cause there isn’t a creature like that. You don’t expect a tiger to become a vegetarian simply by throwing steaks at him. Leave it alone in the jungle and it will find it’s prey. So ,why nettle the youth with the ideas which do not quite belong to him , why to feed him the theories which are quite stodgy for him and lastly but most importantly why don’t we leave him alone to discover and comprehend himself. What we are doing is nothing but dictatorship and this brazen truth barbs the very notion behind the free world, days of oligarchy and monarchy are well bygone.Hitler is dead and so is napoleon and I think we better realize this truth however bitter it may be. Realize it and realize quick , quick before it’s too late , before the sun of human civilization dusks into sea of our own follies.
Has it ever dawned upon you that why from the time we can remember there has been a clash of ideas symbolizing different generations? Youth symbolizes radical ideas and theories . that’s why. And we are too coward or obtuse to realize that our generation is exhausted of ideas . “a generation is said to end when it’s exhausted of it’s basic illusions” and no one can stop an idea whose time has come so why waste time and energy in futility? live your life according to your passions and do not meddle with others’ cause that is going to land you in troubled waters . either emotionally or temporally or both . who knows?
Old represents experience and youth stands for trenchant ideas. Both tend to be in anachronism when there is a ego clash . to prevent this ruckus , to cut short this squally
ambience we can find a modus vivendi for sure betwixt youth and ourselves. Let’s try to use the elixir of youth to abate the imbrued image of our hackneyed generation and let’s bring into play our experience to supplement the various facets of youth.
