Unable to scroll down and right

As the title says I seemed to be unable to scroll downwards and right when moving the mouse cursor in those directions. This is the first game of sins I have tried on this PC, never got the problem on my gaming rig. I was able to scroll up and left and was able to navigate further right by doublecliking on stuff far right on the screen. Kinda lame not being able to scroll though

If it is you've hit the invisible wall of the galaxy...I went throught this myself...thought the game was broken
