Trouble with making a shortcut

I can't get a normal shortcut that has "play game, update game, update seiral" and with the 2 guys on both sides (start menu) I can't get that. But when i click on the icon that popped up after installation, it says "You've already installed the game and theres 2 options "Play Game and install game."
