Game Slowing Down and Crashing

Everytime I start a match, SP or MP, my game freezes right after loading and slowly causes my computer to crash -.- not even Ctrl+alt+del can stop it

. (And no I dont get minidump problems everytime) My specs are: Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz with HT technology Radeon X1650 Pro 512mb 1GB RAM 160 GB hard drive I know i don't have the best specs cause my computer is really old but it still passes the minimum... Any suggestions as to what I can do?
