Crash and Minidump (7600GS)

Sorry if this has already been addressed, but I desperately want to play this game, and I routinely get a minidump after 5 minutes or so.  I've read that this may be a NVIDIA 7600 issue.  It starts out with the graphics flickering and then 30 seconds later the system shuts the program down. 

I have an nvidia 7600GS, 2 gb RAM, and an Intel P4 3.0.

I have all updated drivers and version, and never downloaded mod. 

Any help would be much appreciated.  Please...I want to play my friends.  :-)

Did you have demo installed? If so, uninstall both and reinstall the game.

Make sure the drivers are from the Nvidia website, not a 3rd-party.

If that doesn't help, you could try uninstalling, than downloading and installing through Impulse.

You may also want to try messing with the graphics/sounds in the game and see if that helps.
