Hi,

what is the Advantage by LVL-Up the Colonizeability? LVL1-Effect is that I can Colonize, but what with the Upper-LVLs?

For the Akkan, free resource extractors. Not much, but it's a little something extra if your Akkan has everything else.

Advent's Progenitor and Vasari's Jarrasul get different extras.
