My logistic slots are maxxed out and i need to build a civic research station. Can i get rid of structures in orbit to make way for another one?

Wide, short button on the bottom in the middle of the bottom bar. It scuttles ships/structures/planets. Takes a few seconds and you receive a notification of how long it will take.
