Galaxy forge problem

help

I need help due to galaxy forge not working..... i have a shortcut on desktop, when i click i need to "run" it , and wqhen i do it says "sorry for the inconvienience, but we have encountered a problem and must close" every time! plz tell me how to work!?!?!?!?!/

Do you have Microsoft's .NET Framework installed? It needs it to run. You can find it on the Windows Update site, or search off Microsoft's.
