OMG!   Thx for posting this Kitkun, this commercial is awesome.

 

Speaking of which, I think it derailed the PAX thread.   Wish I could have gone this year...maybe next year.  Did you guys take any pictures?  We want links!

Yes, they love huge food portions here in the USA.  I bet you can't even get a 42 ounce xtra large soda pop at a movie theater in Vancouver, eh?

Lol well PAX sounded... fun, for the most part. Still I wish I could've gone (and to E3 and like everyother game convention ) . I didn't know there was a third co-founder/owner person. And I just realized that that is who is in the advent costume.

E3 isn't open to the public, last I checked. Only the game industry insiders, reporters, etc

I'm hoping to get to go for the next one. If I had a more advanced notice that IC would be at this one (few months ), I might've been able to work something out.

Or not that may just seem kinda awkward.  But still I can't go to PAX next year, and the year after that I'll just be starting college (may not be wise to come back from another state and move out the next day or so)

It was something like $350 for a roundtrip + 3 night hotel from the Minneapolis MN airport when I checked it last week. Don't remember the exact price.

As for food, bring logs of sandwiches?

Still I'd rather get a new comptuer first, and not have to bring a roll of duckt tape, liquid lighter fluid, and matches to a sleezy motel (its for the roaches, silly! ).

 

And when/where is this "PAX east"?

Atleast I could potentially just drive to NYC (6 hours though )

doesnt mean I didnt know that. I actually saw it on that pic from wired someone posted in the other thread. reminds one a bit of sg priors or ... I don't know ... drug addicts. pretty weird in any case. they should have packed those lenses in the special edition for the freaks out there. ohhh, join the uuunity.
