[bug] Missing Achievments

I just installed the beta patch and my acheivments dissapeared

I had about 25% and now it has reverted to 0%

Did you manually delete your settings folder?

Ok, fixed. Thanks guys. Beta testers to the rescue, it was related to the code we put in to prevent users from losing their ICO account names every patch.

Well, I could point out that right clicking a stack in the empire tree still does not queue attack orders for the entire stack..

But then Blair might hurt me because I kept bugging him about it before

All lost here too.

Loading a game instantly makes all the achievments made in that game though.

I lost all my achievements, as well, and I also noticed the "load a game, get all achievements made in that game" thing.  Any way to get 'em all back?

I don't understand. Was this fixed, or not?? I keep seeing people mention that they've lost all of their achievements, despite this comment, Blair. (Like the 2 replies above, and here: https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/325799 )

I'm surely not going to 'upgrade' to the new beta if it wipes out my acheivements.

They have it fixed in their build, but not ours. That should be pretty obvious, considering there's been no third beta patch release.

Thx, Annatar.  Earlier, I didn't like your tone, and was going to send a nasty reply. But now I'm thrilled that the third release (1.096) is available today!  I would like to think that they took our pleas to heart. And hopefully they have truly "fixed" the achievements bug.  Some of us take pride, and put a lot time in our achievements.

BTW, Whats up with the link (Insert/edit link) buttons not working?

The link stuff is weird now. If you're using FF, you have to select the text then click add link and paste the link in the popup window and it'll treat the text as the description. On IE pasting a link automatically creates a link (I have to use IE at work )
