WHY the hell doesnt my serial number work stardock really sucks alot of balls

It is good to see a company that actually cares about its customers. Bravo Stardock. I am really impressed right now. (I have been dealing with EAs hatred of customers(or pirates as they consider all them) with Spore, and now I have finally found the game that I have been waiting for since Homeworld 2.
