I installed framework 2.0, I installed impulse. And when I attempt to open it, it
pops out with a message saying the program cannot initialize. Then when I attemp
to send an error report, it pops up with another error.
How can I fix this problem?
Nm, got it working again.
What was the issue, so others can learn how to fix the same issue if they have it?
basically it was durring the time when I had multiple updates pending
to be installed via reboot. After I rebooted, everything whent fine
impuse wont work on my computer either i can't download some help please
