Latest patch seems crazy fast on "normal speed" settings

Anyone notice multiplayer is really fast on normal speed settings? I can't spend the resources fast enough.

I played my first game online in 1.11 - not sure what speed the host had the game set at, but it DID seem faster then 1.05. I just sucked it up and pumped things out...
