My installation of Entrenchment killed Sins, although not with the dll or wrong directory problems others have reported. I'm getting messages about 'activation failure' and Sins bails out just after the splash screens. I've been discussing with stardock support, but their help has been less than helpful so far.
I'm wondering if a full, complete cleanup of Impulse and all impulse related games might help. I don't want to download it all again and find I didn't clean enough, though!
So - can anyone offer tips on _really_ wiping everything out?
I've already tried uninstalling Impulse and it hid somewhere and produced a strange popup message after reboot. Unsurprisingly reinstalling it afterwards didn't help. I was given a manual activation procedure that was unclear and didn't produce the activation information I was told it would, so I guess I'm on my own now.
In Impulse, on listing my serial numbers, I see Sins once but Entrenchment _twice_, each entry with an identical serial number. Do other folks have that? (impulse -> blue question mark in top right -> register a product)
