I pre-ordered Sins of a Solar Empire Entrenchment about a month ago and since then I've had to reinstall windows due to a Trojan virus. After getting everything back up I noticed that Impulse no longer shows my order for this and I can't access the Beta. I couldn't find a contact email or phone number for the makers of Impulse so I'm just posting this complaint on the forum. Any help would be appreciated!
