It Seems that the Advent Deliverence Engine is not spreading culture at all. I tested several shots and there was no culture spread or planet culture reduction at all.. Something is not working it seems.

I just played as advent and noticed it as well, it doesn't really do anything other than look pretty, lol
Yup, i noticed the same, had an engine firing shots during a very long game, i saw absolutely zero difference in culture anywhere at all very annoying!
