Maybe if they had a brain they would have marketed their products so that they could AFFORD better equipment. Unfortunatly a "catastrophic error" happening during the BUSIEST TIME OF YEAR means their hardware could not HANDLE the volume of traffic. Maybe some money should be re-invested into the company instead of paying fat cats to sit on their @#$ and do nothing. I play EVE ONLINE and I gladly pay a monthly FEE so I dont have these problems and can play my games!
What you see is not the extant of everything that exists. It was marketed. I play Eve too, and it has more than it's share of problems, too. The 24 hour downtime? Recent Jita lag? Multiple cluster reboots in the middle of play with little warning? Oh, and maybe you could check your dates, too.
any word on what the deal is with impulse??? bought entrenchment and diplomacy but i can't install them unless i register my copy of sins............which isn't working. sent the e-mail to tech support. i'd really like to be able to use the products I PAID for....
When? Don't forget this is still the holiday season.
