Notes:
- This Argonev starts with no shields and a higher hull – this makes non-upgraded bases less vulnerable to abilities that target the hull. 3000 hull is quickly eaten by the Evacuator's Nano Disassembler or Phase Missiles. 9000 starting Hull is also more in line with other structures since labs and such have over 4000. With all 3 defense upgrades the hull/shield/armor values match the current version of the beta. Recharge rates are unchanged.
- Weapon and Defense upgrades do not cost upgrade slots – both systems are integral and necessary parts of every Starbase.
- Hangar Bay costs are halved.
- Trade & Culture, Construction Bays are one step upgrades instead of two and their cost is halved. Additional researches to build Trade & Culture is overkill considering their limited usefulness and the cost of the Starbase. Construction Bays are very useful and TEC only so they still require extra research.
- Tractor Beam can be researched and built to make sure no fleet passes by without losing a few ships. Does not outrange defense buster cruisers.
- Auxiliary Government price was cut in half - Starbases need to be useful without getting insanely expensive.
