MOD updates

My wish is that whatever MODS we want to install would be made available on Impulse, and we download them from there, and it's up to Impulse to update Sins with the MODs we have chosen. This way, the file system for all mods would be uniform and Ironclad could be given the opportunity to check them for modifications which could cause glitches to the game.

Wait, what? Impulse will never be able to update mods, and if IC had to look at them that's all they'd be doing all day.

I think there are plans for Impulse to host mods and such (don't quote me on that), but it'll always be the modders' responsibility to keep them updated.
