Can't buy Sins in Impulse

Since the "Buy" button in the "Buy now" webpage on this website doesn't work (Stardock Store has been down for 2 days atm), I had to buy the game through Impulse but it seems it doesn't work too. I get to the final page where I must confirm to buy then it says that there was an error and I must try again. I tried 4 times. So it seems I can't buy this game? When is it going to be fixed? I hope I was not charged 4 times!! It sucks to see that not only this forum is bugged (can't search, topic don't update) but it seems we can't even buy the product! Thanks.
