I was building hangars after they had been destoyed during a raid, and the flak guns began shooting as soon as I put down the build queue for the hangar. Definately was doing damage as well, the "under construction" hangar killed two purge vessels before it was built.
Yikes, that's pretty bad. The same problem happens (happened?) with starbases... pretty serious balance issue.
Has anyone checked if Gauss guns attempt to fire their secondaries while under construction?
