I attempted to build a Starbase in a Blackhole system as TEC and the game locked up., if it makes any difference, there was also one enemy frigate (ravastra skirmisher (AI) ) on an intercept course with the ship that unpacks into a starbase.
attacking a starbase the moment when it's build will crash with beta 2.5
it is a known bug and will be fixed in the next beta.
