In sins, the "Click recognition" is a little slow.  if you click on, say, squadron management and move your mouse away too fast, it will register as clicking "tactic/fleet management" (the button right next to it).  this has happened to me many times, and it does get annoying.  what's propbably happening to you is you're moving your mouse off the button too fast.  just click and wait until you see the reaction b4 moving your mouxse away (when you do this, you won't notice a delay, but it's there)

its likely the game. I've never had that problem with other progams.  but i haven't had that happen on the black market, just on that lower right area.

I am not sure if this might help, reduce the ram usage, but either ending programs that you are using or turning down the effectrs
