Beta 3 won't start..need to uninstall/reinstall

Game won't uninstall to reinstall...

So I remember seeing a post somewhere that explains how to uninstall Entrenchment and Sins to install the latest version but haven't spotted it again yet...

Currently the Entrenchment Beta 3 and Sins patch installed fine (seemingly) under Impulse but won't let me play as it says I need to reinstall. I have tried to uninstall using Impulse but that did nothing, so tried using Program Manager and that just seemed to loop start Impulse in the background but did not uninstall (had to reboot to stop it).

Any ideas on how to properly remove sins/entrenchment and get it properly reinstalled again?
