i like that alot. 1/2/3 free resource extractors and at level 2, 50% reduced underdevelopment penalty for 120 seconds, and at level 3, 100% reduced underdevelopment penalty for 180 seconds.

Okay reading lot's of the replies and well clarafy missconceptions and elaboarate on some points

Colonise:

1/2/3 no problem.

Idea of cuttign the underdevelopment Tax is brilliant and i like it better then my trade port idea. Althout trade port more usefull.

For the trade port idea their needs to be a few things done to prevent exploits.
1) The you need a clone trade port that cost 0 resorces to build. That way you can't gain resorces by scutling it.
2) If possible it need to be place as a to build structure so the contructor actuly needs to build it. That way if you don't want it you can just explode it before construction is complete and you will ahve no delay time in it'S destruction.

Ion Bolt is idealy fine yes but it'S very hard if no Phase jump present to keep and enemy ship from jumping out the 2nd time. Increasign the duration of IonBolt by 1 second would make it possible for microers to keep dissabling the enemy ship until the akkan has no more AM. But that might overpower the skill just a bit, but would also make the akkan a worthy treat.

Targeting uplink: Short of droping the chanse to hit on everything in the game the chance to hit bonus needs to go and be replaced by something else. Like damage increase. 15% dmg increas eont he akkan will still make it the smallest dmg increase abilaty in the game. Behind the Vasary Nano Dismantler that removes 6 armor roughtly 30% increase in dmg, and also behing the Advent carrier's Amplif energi Aura witch does 22% dmg increase. To eitehr drop all hit rates to make it a niche or change the chanse to hit for an other bonus. No other ways around.

Armistise: The ultimate abilaty. No realy it a realy is. This doesnt just server you in running away it help you in assault combat as well. Also helps the enemy but if used rigth helps you more then him. It also works on strike craft atleast last i used it in 1.13 and beta 2 strike craft cannot attake ships inside the armistice feild. IF this abilaty would ever need a buff it would be a shorter duration and or lest AM use. But honest it is fine and it's one damn usefull skill. If it weren't for that skill Akkans would be 80% right now their just 50% usless.

I used it alot last night in 1.14. Armistise does not effect SC. And it makes all ship Invunerable So sending ahead of time really doesnt help, Ive tried. The problem with the SC is that it doesnt disable their guns like it does. Once you activate it and all your ship and such are Invunerable they move on to target anything else in the grav well. Your shipyards, tradeports, research labs, etc etc etc. Now the first 2 times I used it the AI retreated so the SC went away. But, the last 2 time they just sat there intermixed with my fleet till the timer wore off. All the while he went around blowing up my exractrors and other building and I couldnt fight back. 100% lame.

And why does it need a shorter duration?? Or even larger AM use??? Its by far the most passive lvl6 ability ever.

You sir fail to realize the potential it has. Start thinking outside the box.

- you could use it to immunize your fleet as you run through heavily defended territory and break through into a lightly defender grav well which might be a strategically preferable place to fight. its still not gonna stop the enemy from following you there though. 

- you could use it to try and paralyze a fleet and then jump in your own fleet to try and destroy structures that might still be vulnerable. i doubt the armistice would last long enough to destroy a large number of structures though. it only gives you 60 seconds. it usually takes that long just to jump in your ships and get them in firing position.

running out the clock until your Missile Barrage cooldown finishes? i thought that was implicitly covered in the notion of "ability is mostly defensive". if you really wanted 2 missle barrages you could have built 2 Marzas, right?

Or, similar to the new starbase targetting upgrade, it allows one extra target per bank per ship.
