I had this same exact problem, and went throught the whole E-mail process with Stardock and got squat info On it.
Then I tried this whole "When you click the blue Stardock icon in the upper left corner Impulse, it will open a menu. One of the options there is to register a new product. You just have to put your serial number in there." and it worked beautifully! THANK YOU OMEGA. you are great!
