Impulse Entrenchment installation not there

I just bought entrenchment and got the confirmation email. Dl'd impulse and got the sins updates, and now the 'run' button is where 'install' should be. I have entered the serial number in the register product thing in impulse. I have reinstalled impulse.

Any help would be most appriciated.
