Now if only one could send a Diplomatic cruiser into one of the bases and hire them, not just for one turn but for the rest of the game as Mercs, or until an enemy beats your bribe.

latest count is thirteen.

 

two neturals 5 stars 10 players and 6 planet choices only one of which was pirates everything else was random.  Still haven't gotten a route to the star yet.
