When the new patch came out, the registration on my Entrenchment went bad. The information was correct, but it kept say it was invalid. The registration is now gone, and if i try to make a new one, it doesn't work with the key i was given.
I have the same problem. Went ahead and emailed sales@stardock.com . Best bet to get your problem resolved.
