Tech suggestion for pirates.

I was thinking durting a game last night that it might be cool if you could get a couple of pirate related techs to resolve a couple of situations the pirates throw up.

The first issue is the lack of an audio warning during the last minute of the bounty bidding war, I thought it would be cool if there was a tech which provides a warning to prevent you missing the event until its too late. I was thinking a nice level 2 addition might be to tell you where the pirates are heading, so maybe add a glow around the targetted planet but not tell you exactly where the fleet is. What do you think?

I would add that the lack of audio warning has to fixed with a patch, not with new techs. Don't know how or if the game has some priority of loading audio files? But apparantly sometimes the pirate warnings are being repressed by other audio

As for the "level 2" idea: researching the phase-space-radar-thingy allready gives you the vague direction (level 2 of that tech) AND the specific target (level 1). Just not as early as you would like. Having some scouts or captured extractors in neutral grav wells also helps to have an eye on them. I think the current level of unpredictability is good if it weren't for the missing audio warnings.
