ah, the off-topic sections are not specific to the sins of a solar empire forum. I only even knew it was Sins because you have "tec builder' and "advent' in the same line (and I play Sins) I think in general you'd get better responces from the 'on topic' section (since somethnig pertaining to sins of a solar empire would not be... off topic after all)
and I went and looked... it appears the answer to be "neither... thats a capital ship"
