[BUG] Disintegration

Disintegration ability on Vulkoras damage shields and hull, but it should damage only hull because it's deconstructing targeted ship's hull.

187.5? thats all it does!? That is way lame for a lvl6 ability.

It should be a channeled ability that does serious damage and heals the Vulkoras around 2/3-3/4 of the damage it does while its doing it.

it is channeling and it deals about 1600 damage (200/s for 8sec) and repairs 6x188 (188 per 1,5 sec)health but that is not the point.

It deals damage to shields when they are active but it should bypass shields, because it is deconstructing hull and take it for repair.

ah ok, yeah it should definitely be hitting the physical matter of the hull, taking it and applying it to the Vulkoras's.

I've been saying that it sucked for over a year, nobody listened to me.
I didn't think of it as a bug, more like an underpowered ability, but conclusion from both is the same.

Given how weak the ability is (weak enough that it's still sub-par by the measure of non-ultimate abilities) I'm willing to say oversight.  It needs to be buffed.  As a single-target damage ability that is also channeling, not to mention a large cooldown and antimatter cost, AND is an ultimate, it should at least have a DPS better than nanos.

The desription of it says that it applies the damage it deals to the vulkoras's hull. Since it doesnt restore shields , Id assume that it shouldnt take from the targets shields so Im gonna say oversight.

I think it could do damage to shields-> hull and restore shields. You disintegrate that matter, right? Turn it into energy? Then that energy should restore the energy-based shields.

That would add a ton of usability to Disintegration, because you would have a reason to use it as soon as you lose some shields, not when your cap is already half dead.
