We didn't begin charging pre-orders until late in the afternoon. The process continues even now, but is nearly complete.  If you haven't gotten an email from us by morning and/or the game hasn't shown up in Impulse, please contact sales@stardock.com and they can assist.

I got it. Pre-Ordered it within the first few days it was out.

You should get an email within the next few hours if you haven't yet. I got mine at 5:10 on Nov. 23rd.
