Like Entrenchment, the beta contained all of the features aside from tweaks and bug fix. Am i correct to assume that the only difference between beta and full release will be bug fixes and tweaks?

I don't see any of the victory cionditions eneabled that were mentioned in the features.
Well we do know for a fact that one new ship class is missing. The diplomacy screenshots posted by the devs showed that the TEC (and presumably the other races) get 2 new ships, but only one ship class has been added so far.
